Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the ShaadiCardWala app and website. By using ShaadiCardWala, you agree to them.

Your account

You can use ShaadiCardWala as a guest or sign in with Google, a phone number or email. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure.

Your content

You own the text and photos you add to your cards. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to provide the service — for example, to save your design, render your card and deliver it to the people you share it with.

Only upload photos and text you have the right to use, and don’t use ShaadiCardWala to create anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading.

Templates and designs

Templates, artwork, motifs and fonts in ShaadiCardWala are provided under licence. Cards you create are for your personal use — inviting guests to your own or your family’s functions. You may not resell templates or extract their artwork for other products.

Payments

Designing and previewing are free. Downloading and sharing a finished card without the watermark costs ₹51 per card, shown before you pay and processed by Razorpay. Once a card is unlocked, you can make further edits to it.

If you pay and your card doesn’t unlock or download, contact us at hello@shaadicardwala.com with your payment ID and we will fix it or refund you. Our refund & cancellation policy explains exactly when refunds apply and how long they take, and our shipping & delivery policy explains how unlocked cards are delivered.

Availability

We work to keep ShaadiCardWala running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features and templates over time. Please check every detail on your card — names, dates, times and venue — before sending it.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ShaadiCardWala is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using ShaadiCardWala and delete your account at any time from the app — see how to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if a change is significant.
