Shipping & delivery policy

Nothing is shipped
ShaadiCardWala sells digital invitation cards only. We do not print or post physical cards, so there are no shipping charges, no courier and no delivery address to give.
How your card is delivered
When you pay ₹51 to unlock a card in the ShaadiCardWala app, it unlocks in the app as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within a few seconds. From there you can:
- save the full-quality card (image or video) to your phone’s gallery, and
- share it straight to WhatsApp, Instagram or any other app on your phone.
The unlocked card stays in your account under “My invitations”, so you can download or share it again whenever you like.
If your card doesn’t unlock
Occasionally a bank takes a few minutes to confirm a payment. The app keeps checking and offers a “Check again” button; it never charges you twice for the same card. If the card is still locked after 30 minutes, write to hello@shaadicardwala.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will unlock it or refund you — see our refund & cancellation policy.
Where we deliver
The app and your cards work anywhere you have an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees.
